WARP 18 - No More Tubes

Tim and Adam went to Atlanta to see Paul & Storm and Jonathan Coulton. We highly recommend seeing them in concert.
We throw in on the Hulu service that came out of beta this month.
NASA will be putting the Mars Rovers into hibernation.
There was a bill to allow the sale of beers over 6% alcohol content in Alabama. Right after the show, we found out that the bill was not passed.
It's been sad for the rpg and sci-fi communities this month with the passing of Gary Gigax and Arthur C. Clarke.

The opening and closing music came from "Dance, Soterios Johnson, Dance" by Jonathan Coulton.

WARP 17 - OmegaCon

We went to OmegaCon, as I previously posted. We had tons of fun. We recorded some interviews that came out better that I expected. Thank you to everyone had fun at the table and a special thanks to those that allowed us to interview them.

OmegaCon

We had a great time at OmegaCon. It was great to see everyone there and to meet some great people. We recorded 3 interviews that will be on the next episode. I should have that episode out in the next day or two.

UAB has news on Anti-HIV gels making their way through trials. It's not a cure, but a way to reduce infection rates.
Alabama Power is lowering its rates on renewable energy sources.
Maybe they can run them on the new bamboo phone?

WARP 15 - Burgeoning LOIcats

There are several different purchasing options on the website. However, right after we recorded, MSNBC reported that NIN has sold out of the Ultra-Deluxe package which is priced at $300. Way to go, Trent!
